If you leak when you laugh: Woman finds solution

GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- Like many women, after her first pregnancy, Michelle Madden noticed a change in her body.

She would occasionally experience urinary incontinence when laughing, exercising or even coughing.

She went to her doctor, who discouraged her from intervening medically at the time because she wanted more children.

After her second pregnancy just a few years later, the leaking got worse. After her third pregnancy, the incontinence became unbearable.
