Drs. Jason and Michael Bennett featured in Saint Mary's Within, the online news magazine of Saint Mary's Health Care. "In June 2012, Michael Bennett, MD, and Jason Bennett, MD, taught a two-day hands-on training course for surgeons at Intuitive Surgical’s headquarters in Palo Alto, CA. The course covered the important clinical aspects of using the da Vinci surgical system when performing repairs to women's pelvic floors and muscles, called sacrocolpopexy. Eight gynecologic surgeons from around the United States attended, including urologists specializing in female issues. View the article

She would occasionally experience urinary incontinence when laughing, exercising or even coughing. She went to her doctor, who discouraged her from intervening medically at the time because she wanted more children. After her second pregnancy just a few years later, the leaking got worse.
